By Electronically signing and submitting this registration form below, I, the undersigned volunteer, agree to the following: Liability Release: I understand and acknowledge that participating in the 100 Doors event involves certain risks, including potential injury or property damage. I agree to release and hold harmless High 5 Birmingham and it's partners, its agents, employees, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise out of my participation in this event. I further agree that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume all responsibility for my safety and well-being. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify High 5 Birmingham and it's partners for any legal costs or damages incurred from claims related to my participation in the event. Health and Safety: I affirm that I am in good health and capable of performing volunteer activities. I will inform the event coordinators of any health concerns or conditions that may affect my ability to participate.

I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional materials, marketing, social media, or any other purpose deemed appropriate by High 5 Birmingham. No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use of my image or likeness in any media produced by High 5 Birmingham. Duration of Media Use: I understand that these rights are granted in perpetuity, and I waive any right to inspect or approve any media produced.
